What can I do if I have problems uploading my video and audio recordings?

If the following error message appears while uploading your interview, the upload has failed. In this case, you can click the button 'try again' and the upload will restart (Your video and audio recordings are safe!). Also, you should refresh your page.

If the error message further occurs please hit the button 'export videos'. By doing so your video and audio recordings will be exported and saved locally onto your computer.

Now, you are able to send your exported video and audio recordings to our support team. To do this just click on the following button 'send videos via email'.

Your email program should open a new email automatically. Finally, attach your exported video and audio recordings to this e-mail and send it off. We will upload the videos directly and contact you as soon as the company has received your interview. Congratulations, you are done! 🤗

Please also include in the text which browser and operating system you are using!

If the email does not open automatically, please copy the prewritten text into an email, attach your video and audio recordings and send them to support@phenompeople.com . Please use the following text in your email and fill in your values:

Note: Please be aware that the status of the interview will not change as long as we haven't uploaded your video and audio recordings. This means for you that you can just leave the app as it is. So don't worry about an "open" interview.
