Note: Sometimes you will read video, audio or one-way interview. Don't let that put you off. The terms are used as synonyms.

The interview by Phenom enables you as an applicant an easy and fun way to show the company who you are and why exactly you are the right person for the job. In the interview process, you will encounter several questions (defined by the company) which you need to answer by video and/ or audio.

For each question, you are going to have a certain time limit (up to 180 seconds) to prepare for your answer. After your preparation time is over, you will have the same amount of time to answer the question. If you are not happy with your answer you can always try again. In most cases, you are going to have three attempts per question.
