When an upload error occurs we will ask you to download your recordings and send them to us via email so we can upload them manually for you. After downloading your recordings, it's very important that they have a .mp4 or .wbm format. Other formats can cause bugs within the recordings.
You will notice that you can open the .mp4 file directly whereas this is not the case for the .wbm format. If your videos have been downloaded as a .wbm please use a ".wbm file viewer" which you can either download or access online.
Note: Depending on what browser you are using different file formats will be downloaded. 😊
