Accessibility during the interview for candidates with a disability

It is crucial for us to ensure that individuals with diverse disabilities have the ability to participate in the interview process. Therefore, we have tailored the interview to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, aiming to provide reasonable accommodation for all participants. Additionally, this article offers various tips to facilitate easier access to the interview process.

Tips for the interview

  • the interview can be completed from your phone or desktop. Hence, if you are not able or don't want to hold a phone, you can always use the desktop version.

  • non-text content has a text alternative that provides an equivalent for completing the interview

  • the arrow keys on your keyboard can be used to navigate through the interview

  • the content in the interview is structured in such a way that it is simple to follow and allows meaningful sequences

  • by using the CTRL key and then the + (Plus sign) or - (Minus sign) you can make the screen appear larger or smaller
