In general, we strongly recommend that you complete the interview in the same language in which the questions are asked. The questionnaire may include questions that are deliberately designed to test your language skills in other languages (e.g. an example question could be "Please tell us something about yourself in French.")

Although the application form and instructions may be in a language other than the language of the questions, you should use the questionnaire as a guide.
