Simply download the Phenom Video App for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to your smartphone.

After opening the Phenom app, you can directly enter the so-called invitation code. The invitation code consists of seven digits and can be found in your invitation email.

Before the interview starts, you have the opportunity to practice with sample questions. Just click on the dedicated area "Practice" in the tutorial of the Phenom app. Up to 10 questions are available for your rehearsal. The created rehearsal videos are neither saved nor sent.

You're perfectly prepared - let's go! Just answer the questions your dream employer has previously defined. The company also determines whether you have 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds of preparation time per question. Take this time to think about what you want to answer. The preparation time is the same as the time you have to answer each question.

Now the recording starts - convince the company with your personality.

In case you get messed up, that's absolutely no problem: you have several attempts per question to record your video.
