In the following steps you will get to know the interview process. This article will perfectly prepare you for your interview!

Step 1: Open the invitation link

To start the interview in your web browser, simply click on the button 'access interview' which you can find in the email that was sent to you by your recruiter.

Step 2: Start the process

As soon as the invitation link has been opened you will find yourself on the landing page. The landing page includes tips for your perfect video and the contact details of your recruiter. To begin your interview click 'start now'.

Step 3: Verify

After you have started your interview, please verify that it is you. If this is the case, please click yes and proceed. If the name which is displayed is not yours please contact our support chat.

Step 4: Agree to our privacy regulations

For us, confidentiality, availability and integrity of your data has the highest priority. Please agree to the terms and regulations so we can forward your interview to the corresponding employer.

Step 5: Train with sample questions on the landing page

After verifying your identity you will see the landing page and can start your interview. However, we always recommend starting with our sample questions. The sample questions can be repeated as often as you would like to. Just click the following button to get started with your training.

You can request new sample questions as often as you like and rehearse until you feel confident. Don't worry, the videos of the dress rehearsal will of course not be saved!

Step 6: Carry out the interview

Now you are ready to start your interview. Let's go! Just answer the questions your dream employer has previously defined. The company also determines whether you have 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds of preparation time per question. Take this time to think about what you want to answer. The preparation time is the same as the time you have to answer each question.

Now the recording starts - convince the company with your personality.

In case you get messed up, that's absolutely no problem: you have several attempts per question to record.

Step 7: Upload your Interview. Done!

Finally, you can upload your interview and you are done. We will keep our fingers crossed for you!

What happens after you have completed the interview?

After you have successfully submitted your interview, it's the company's turn to review your recordings. Once your interview has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the next steps. Good luck!
