In rare cases, you may receive an error message when entering your data. This is usually for very simple reasons and can be solved quickly so that you can start your interview.
Just do the following checks:
Check 1: Check the entry of the invitation code
Look again at the landing page and check if you have entered your invitation code correctly. Often 0 and O or I and L are confused.
Check 2: Exit and restart App
Close the Phenom app once completely and restart it. This establishes a new direct connection to the server.
Check 3: Contact Support
If none of the previous solutions worked, just contact us directly via the support chat. We will then help you directly.
