If the following error message appears while uploading your interview something went wrong, but don't worry. you can click the button 'try again' and the upload will restart (Your videos and audio recordings are safe!).

If the error message further occurs please hit the button 'export videos'. By doing so your email program should open a new email automatically, including a prewritten text and the attached emails. All you have to do is to send the email away. We will upload the videos and audio recordings directly and contact you as soon as the company has received your interview. Congratulations, you are done! 🤗

In case you cannot attach the video and audio recordings to your email, please refer to the following article: (This will especially be the case when the videos and audio recordings exceed 25 MB.)

Note: Please be aware that the status of the interview will not change as long as we haven't uploaded your video and audio recordings. This means that you can just leave the app as it is. So don't worry about an "open" interview.
