In some cases, you might not be able to upload your video and audio recordings automatically. This will especially be the case when the videos exceed 25 MB. In that event, we are going to show you how to send us your completed video and audio recordings so that we are able to upload them for you! Note: This article is only relevant for Android users.
Please follow these steps:
1. Download a file manager from the PlayStore
To see your videos in an app on your smartphone, you will need a file manager app. If you don't have one yet, please download one directly from the PlayStore. In doing so, it does not matter which app you choose,
2. Open the file manager
Now open your file manager and follow this path: Android > data > com.phenompeople.phenomvideo > files >applications > [INVITATION CODE USED ]. By following this path you will find your video and audio recordings from the interview.
3. Share your videos
Now select the completed videos and click on "More". In most cases, you will find the ''More'' button in the lower right corner to share the video and audio recordings with us. Please share the video and audio recordings by sending an email to support@phenompeople.com including your invitation code, name, e-mail, job title and the company you applied to. Please use the following text and fill in your values:

Note: If you are also not able to attach all videos to the email, please upload them to your private cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, ...) or use wetransfer.com and simply include the link in your email.
After you have sent the email we will upload your video and audio recordings and inform the hiring company!
