🤖 What is a Virtual Agent Screening Call?

A Virtual Agent Screening Call is a short, automated call conducted on behalf of the hiring company to help kickstart the interview process. It’s designed to be quick, convenient, and informative — and you can take it in the way that works best for you:

  • Through a phone call

  • On your web/mobile browser

  • By calling back the Virtual Agent

🕒 How It Works:

Once you receive your invitation, you can either:

  • Wait for the scheduled call — the Virtual Agent will call you at the assigned time

  • Start immediately by clicking the “Start now” link in your invitation email

  • Call back the number listed in your invite whenever it suits you (within the valid time window)

📋 What to Expect:

During the call, the Virtual Agent will:

  • Ask you questions about your qualifications, experience, and skills, based on the job you applied for

  • Use a predefined set of questions customized for the role

  • Answer some basic questions you might have about the job or company using built-in information

  • Pass along your responses to a recruiter for review — it doesn't make any hiring decisions

⏱️ Quick & Flexible

Most screening calls take just a few minutes and are a simple, flexible way to share key information early in the hiring process.
