How Do I Reschedule My Screening Call with the Virtual Agent?

If the scheduled time doesn’t work for you, don’t worry!

You don’t need to formally reschedule or contact support. Instead, just ignore the initial call if the timing isn’t convenient.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Click the “Call Me Now” button on your invite page to receive the call immediately.

  • Or, you can call back the number that the Virtual Agent originally used to contact you which is also mentioned in the email invite you received

You can do this whenever it best fits your schedule, as long as it’s within the valid window before the expirt date mentioned in the original invite.
