If the scheduled time doesn’t work for you — no need to stress!
We've made it super easy for you to reschedule or complete your screening at a time that suits you best.
Here’s what you can do:
Open the Screening invitation email you received, click on "Reschedule call"
It will redirect you to the confirmation page where you can see your details along with "Reschedule call" button.
Click on Reschedule call to check the available timeslots. Choose a new date and time that works best for you. Agent will call you during your designated timeslot!
🚀 Prefer to Do It Now? You Have Options:
You can skip the scheduled time altogether and take the screening when it's convenient:
Click “Start Now” in your invitation email to take the screening directly in your browser. You can do it on both mobile and desktop browsers.
ORCall back the number the Virtual Agent originally used — it's included in your email invite.
You can do this whenever it best fits your schedule, as long as it’s within the valid window before the expirt date mentioned in the original invite.
