☎️ Need to Update Your Phone Number?
No problem — it’s quick and easy to fix!
If you noticed that the phone number on your profile is incorrect, you’ll need to update it to ensure you receive your Screening Call without any issues.
Here’s what you can do:
Open the Screening invitation email you received, click on the "Edit number" option
You’ll be redirected to a confirmation page showing your current details. Click “Edit Number” again to update your phone number.
Enter your correct phone number along with the proper country code. Make sure to save the changes!
Once your number is updated, our Virtual Agent will contact you at the new number during your scheduled time slot!
🚀 Prefer to Do It Now? You Have Options:
You can skip the scheduled time altogether and take the screening when it's convenient:
Click “Start Now” in your invitation email to take the screening directly in your browser. You can do it on both mobile and desktop browsers.
ORCall back the number the Virtual Agent originally used — it's included in your email invite.
You can do this whenever it best fits your schedule, as long as it’s within the valid window before the expirt date mentioned in the original invite.
