What Should I Do if I Face Issues Receiving or Completing the Call?

This article explains how to get help if you experience issues during your Screening Call with the Virtual Agent.

If you're having trouble receiving the call—such as your carrier blocking it, the call not coming through, or the agent becoming unresponsive mid-call—help is just a click away:

  • Visit this Help Center page or the page that appears after clicking “Call Me Now”

  • Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen

  • Click the icon to connect with our support team

Our team will review your profile, identify the issue, and can either retrigger the call or send a new invitation so you can continue without interruptions.
